The KRW30 Commercial Type Water Cooled Coffee Grinder Machine was developed by our company for elite coffee factories that desire high-quality production. By running cold water through both disks, the KRW30 ensures that your coffee never comes out of the coffee grinder hot. This prevents flavor loss, which is the largest problem of factories handling serial production.
The cooling group needed by the machine is for sale with two options: 4HP and 6HP. The KRW30 removes the need to buy multiple noncooled coffee grinders to grind 150 kg of coffee per hour without the need for any shutdown time.
The KRW30 doesn’t require constant supervision unlike the coffee grinder without water cooling and doesn’t need to be cooled down when overheated. Through the cooled helixes added to the system, you can feed coffee directly into the packaging machine. The Coffee packages won’t lose flavor, swell, or burst. This saves you from unnecessary silo and storage costs.
Besides all of those, the KRW30 will do the work of 5-6 coffee grinders without water cooling, saving building costs, storage costs, and logistics costs (helixes, elevators, etc.). The KRW30 starts to cover its initial installation costs from the first day of operation.
